My Practice

A New Perspective:  The heart of my work is helping to reframe the issue.  This means seeing a new perspective that is simple to understand.  After seeing these new options, we sort them out, and see what’s best and practical.

smilesThe Result:  Doors open revealing new, healthy, effective and positive possibilities.  Clients tell me they feel a great burden lifted from their shoulders.

Getting Started: You are treated uniquely.  I start by learning about your situation and then, identifying unproductive patterns.  Together, we then develop healthier and more productive approaches to solving that problem. Our confidential and comfortable work together leads the way to recovery.

It’s Simple:  Whether you are in a crisis, or a significant life transition, I can help.  We will sort out the issues, help set up goals, and get to work in making progress toward those goals.

My Offices:  Our talks are conducted in an atmosphere of complete confidence, trust, and privacy.  My office is in a private residence, and offers private and easy access.

Types of Therapies Used: Cognitive Behavior Therapy - EMDR - Redecision Therapy - Supportive Counseling.  Psychiatric consultations for medication and holistic providers are available when needed.

Professional Credentials: New York State Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).  Board Certified Diplomat (BCD) in Clinical Social Work by American Board of Examiners.  Masters Degree at the University of Nebraska/Omaha.  Postgraduate studies in Redecision Therapy at the Western Institute for Group and Family Therapy in Watsonville, California.
